I know WIC programs do these. Some friends, and I, were wondering if there is a way to beat the test? Like maybe not smoking the day before? Does anyone know how they work?

So I have a new weiner dog, and he is great. That is, until he is left alone in the house. Everytime I come home he has peed and pooed on the floor, and sometimes has eaten something he shouldn't have. When I take the dog outside he just runs around me and jumps on me... never "does his thing"...
