    are you suppose to feel the burn when you ride the indoor bicycle?

    I go to the gym and I ride the bicycle, but I don't feel the burn in my legs...no matter how fast I'm doing it. Is it even working for me? and when I finished, it said that I burned over 200 calories..is that even accurate?
