I sometimes add less then 1ml or 1ml for abt 2 days in a row then stop adding , and it stay at 2ppm i guess , but then when i added 1ml continiously , it went up to 8 ppm , and i know 8ppm means i have to do a 80% water change and start cycling again >< . Help pls

I have this pleco that poops alot and very very long >< will it fasten up the cycle? and does that mean my filter can hold like maybe 1-2 more fish? 7 US gallon tank with 1 leopard pleco (small) 3 platies and 1 swordtail . Some of u might ask me to remove the pleco and i will im getting a bigger...
