i want to get play sand to go in my 46 gallon cichlid tank instead if the gravel i have now. would i have to cycle the tank because if i do then i cant because i would ahve no where to put my fish. is it anyway possible?

how fast does a stock 2009 honda metropolitan scooter go on a flat road? if you put a performance pipe on it, would it make it faster? what else could you add to increase the speed. the scooter is kinda gonna be a little project and im trying ot make it really fast but still street legal...
