    was the meat fully cooked?

    i put a 3.87 lbs chicken to roast at a 400F oven for 1 1/4 then turn the oven off and left it in there. i had to go and didn't want to leave the oven on. Was it cooked? i came back about 1 1/2 later and turn it back to 330F to heat it up? should i eat it?
