    I need some help with some cooking questions?

    What does it mean to seal the perforations? How do you do that? (like when making a pie.) How small are minced onions? What does it mean when the recipe says 1/4-1/4 cup plus 2 T. oil? Why wouldn't the recipe give an exact amount of oil?
