    Laptop flashes at login screen and never loads!?

    When I turn on my laptop, the login screen attempts to load. The screen flickers black and never load the password enter screen. It works perfectly in safe mode, so this is not a hardware issue. I have not edited any settings, or edited the registry, or even installed any new software lately...
