    Making a PHP variable +1 per view per IP address?

    On my home page (that I made) < which is the reason why this wont work xD Anyways, so I have a homepage, and it says "views", when someone goes on that page it adds "views" 1 higher. "Views: 1" But when I refresh it goes higher again, any ways I can make it per ip?
