Lots of things affect how long a particular wu takes, not just the number of steps. You may have a very simple molecule with 1000 steps, or a very complex molecule with the same number of steps. Obviously there are a lot more ways a complex molecule can fold, so the process takes much longer...

Yeah, I believe so. I can see it go up to 65% (when the task manager first opens) but FAH only uses 50% of it. Either way, even if it is only 50% it is still a lot faster then my old one:) TD
