    Some one hit my car and they did not have any insurance or a driver license...

    ...What should I do to go about this? Me and my boy friend was hit by a teen age guy who had no insurance. I'm trying to collect the money from them but I keep getting snow balled from them. The guy has no job and money and his parents will not pay for it. Looking for info to settle this.
