    My car seems to be losing power and putting.?

    My car is putting when i start it and it seems like it is going to die out. But when i rev it up a little its fine and i drive away. But it does seem to have lost some power and sometimes its hard to accelarate up hills. My car is a 1989 crown victoria 8 cylinder.

    my car smells like antifreeze when heat is on and the windows fog up a little what...

    ...could this be..? just had a new radiator put in car and a water pump so i dont know what is going on.
