Some of our employees take breaks in their cars. They take their plates of food and smoke their cigarettes coming in smelling bad. I have had reports of smoking pot also. Can I refuse to let them go to their cars during breaks? and Only smoke at designated smoking area 25 ft from back entrance...
Smokers smell terrible of smoke and some are smoking illegal drugs as well. Can it be a rule that everyone stay in the building or not further then 25 ft at designated smoking area. Even in nasty weather?
