Im going crazy trying to remember what cartoon this was...i vaguely remember some things of this one episode...
i remember a "cat" (im not sure if it was a cat..it could have been a dog...) who's living in a trashcan...i remember he had a tv inside the trashcan (im not sure if the tv worked)...
