    am i doing the right exercises to lose weight /tone up?

    ok so i want to lose weight (im 5'5 and about 118 pounds) but get more toned n slimmer in my stomach. ive been running 2 and a half miles with a 10-20 mins ab work out after. i do that 3-4 times a week. how long do u think itll take for me to get results? is running a good waist line excersise?

    ...to them in months? ive been feeling weird about someone i havent talked to in a while. i faced the fact that we havent talked and ya i think about them a lot but these passed few days ive been feeling like something is up. could that mean anything?
