    I lost my iphone. and im planning to use my old phone...?

    can i cancel the iphone's $30 per month data plan? or do i have to pay for it even though i dont have an iphone? plus if i buy another iphone from ebay, can i use it w/out the $30 per month data? (after i cancel the plan) i can live with wi-fi :)
