    Is this Letter Good to send as ''Opening a dispute for paypal''?

    Okay, so I didn't get my ebay product :( I know ebay has this thing where to open a case, it can't be more than 45 days.. So I'm sending a dispute on paypal, since that's what my mom paid with.
