Im coaching a middle school girls team and well they are not too good in the post. I have a few ideas already but I was wondering if any of you had advice on how to improve their skills with out it being too complicated?

1- it was probably in neutral? and it slid on the puddle. 2- it doesnt state the names hair color, but its probably gray after all them kids. 3-it wouldnt fall into a goffer hole is your at a tennis court. 4-you spilled it in either the beans or the mix; therefore it isnt wet.
