The 3G iPhone (just like the first iPhone) will cancel your current plan and start a new 2 year plan.
So it will still cost $199 and $299.
However if you are not qualified for upgrade (your current plan is with a non-iPhone phone and it hasn't ended) then you will possibly pay the normal $399...
