    What do you call a person who always says they're 'busy' when they usually aren't

    doing anything? I know people that I'll ask to talk to via webcam on skype, but they always say theyre extremly busy, when usually "busy" means playing internet games or recording their own videos, or watching youtube videos. That isn't really considered 'busy' to me. They usually talk to me...
