    True of false: Marge Simpson is a bad mother?

    Why? I've always been irked by the shows "jokes" about homer strangling his kids, and the mother just making that annoyed noise, and tolerating it. And by how much abuse she takes, right in front of the kids.... I know it's tv, but still, that "child abuse is funny" mentality went out the window...
