okay so for about a year and a half already, i have noticed that my hair is stuck at the same length..... about 2 inches past my shoulders. its not thinning,and i do take care of my hair i use shampoo/conditioner i even used Matrix Biolage for a long while. every few months, i trim my hair a bit...
