ive got a 1998 dodge intrepid with heavy gas smell inside car , i replaced all injector o rings and the fuel rack is ok, cant see any leak ,seems like it comes and goes any ideas, please help

i found the leak its just like you said hose that feeds the fuel rack whoever put it there is crazy so hard to get to how does that clamp come off and can i replace it with regular fuel line instead of dealer part??

2002 chevy silverado wont start? when i turn the key i here the stater click but wont turn over i even replaced battery, could it be the starter? yesterday it would take a few turns then it would start now nothing , help...
