    Why didn't Photoshop CS4 prompt me for a product key?

    I recently bought my copy of Photoshop CS4 Extended and once installed, it didn't prompt me for a product key. I run the program, and it runs fine, which I find a bit odd. Is it because I had Photoshop 7.0 installed already?
