    adobe photoshop 4 mac vs pc?

    do I need to buy a new verson of adobe cs if I have it for my pc and now Im upgrading to a mac It seems I need to buy mac version but will adobe lower the price if I just bought the pc version and now will start using mac? or what is she thinking?!
