So when i turn the ignition it takes about 5sec before i get pressure and it starts. i have looked everywhere and ant find a suitable answer. I think its the oxygen sensor but i am not sure...

So i am looking to buy this mazda, it has 140k manual tranny 4 cylinder. how does it do in the snow? what influences does ford have on it? i know a bit about cars but not mazdas or fords. Isnt mazda apart of ford? I thought i read somn about that.
