    its not what you feed...as already said all food has no3 and po4....its how you feed if your feeding frozen food cubes, after thawing rinse them in ro water this will cut down these levels dramatically, also only feed what your fish can eat

    German media exclusivity contract with schumacher?

    some german publication had and exclusivity contract with schumacher when he was still racing, does any one know if that contract is still in effect? or will we be able to see him talk on camera to the pit lane guys finally?
