Im 14 why do i get sharp pains through my vagina and anus for no reason?

Fuse diagram for 1999 chevy lumina?
My cigarette lighter doesn't work in my car and I would like to check the fuse to see if that is the reason for it not working. Does anyone know where this fuse would be located? A fuse diagram would be awesome if someone knows where I could find that. Thanks!
