i have a netgear mr814v3 and my wireless internet just recently has been acting slow. im running windows 7 and i was trying to update the firmware and i have no clue what im doing lol. can someone please help me out?

I want a playlist of songs I can put on my iPod when I work out. I would rather the songs be from 2010. Rock, Rap, anything to get hyped to. I would also like it to be mainstream artists and bands. Thanks for the help.
