I have the USB wire and i've downloaded the latest version of Nokia Ovi Suite. Plug it in and normally click on the USB option (as the nokia help site reccomends you to do) and at the bottom of the screen it says 'Laura's Phone: setting up' with a loading icon so it's recognised
