Get this: Tetra Aquasafe (water conditioner I use), Mardel Maracyn, and Marden Maracide < some treatments for fish, from your local pet store. I always put these in my water and I have had goldfish who have lived for almost eight years!

Get some medicine, such as Mardel's Maroxy or Maracide, available at most pet stores. Or, just change the water completely. And color changing is normal in some fish, but when the body functions change, you need to seek treatment.
