I see that new they are around $240-$275. Iv even seen one on sale for $199. I found a used one with good paint and everything works, runs good just hard to start when cold, looks good for $175. Im thinking not a penny more then $150. What should I pay?

It runs good when running, but its really hard to start and I want to tune it up. Other then the air filter and spark plug, what else can I do? The pull cord is very hard to pull, is there anything that can be done to make it easy to pull like newer lawn mowers are? Also, it is chain driven...

All parts have been removed, but the intake wont budge. I'm afraid I'm going to break it trying to pry it off.
