    How can i get rid of the red spots on my arms? (keratosis pilaris)?

    Notice I said spots and not bumps! I had bad bumps two months ago and my dermatologist prescribed a cream ive been using that works amazingly for the bumps. however, i still have unsightly red spotting on the back of my arms. how can i reduce these ugly polka dots?!?!

    Help! Once I start eating I can't stop!?

    okay so I'm more on the skinny side but i have extra fat im trying to lose around my stomach my diet went really well the first month or so but now i ALWAYS want food even when I'm not hungry! and once i start eating i just eat and eat and eat how can I stop this? I really cant help it!
