    you will get a data charge if you dont have that unlimited plan. and if your cheicking email you will get charged for checking inbox, sending, replying.. so on and so forth . when your logging in your email it says that so read it . when i want to check my email i just go on the internet.

    Dont know anything about the school, try their website, try and take a tour so you can see for yourself and make your final decision. But you should fill out 2010-2011.
