okay, so recently, the past 3 weeks i have been falling asleep and getting up after like an hour and a half. So like ill go to be at 11 and get up at 12:30, and i wont fall back asleep until 5ish and I have to get up for school at 6:15. I really dont know why. any ideas? like right now it is 3:15.
