I've heard that synthetic oil is better then basic oil in winter driving... so I went to get an oil change today and asked for the synthetic... to my surprise the mechanic said that synthetic oil can actually do worse then good. (I drive a '09 4.7 Dodge Dakota) He said something about Chrystlers...
