i have downloaded it already..after the download was finished..i opened the folder and saw one folder and two files...(the other one is the installer) so what do i do next?should i transfer the installer to my phone? if so..where do i put it?i'm confused right now..

help me pls...my phone's writing languages are only arabic,french & english...i want to add hangul(korean) writing language...but i don't know how... so please aswer sincierly..do you need to download it? if so pls add the link.. thanks!
