    Problems with my Nokia E71! Help?

    Whenever anyone calls me, their number comes up as private EVERYTIME. It's something to do with my phone, not theirs, as they have checked and none of their phones are set to private. Is there a setting I can change or something that will let me see who's calling? Thanks.
