    96 toyota will not send fire to the plugs ,will not crank?

    I have had the coil the control pack and the pick up coil checked , and all are good fusees are good the relay is good the Fuel pump is good and all is receiving power. any idea of what may be telling the coil not to fire would be great thank you.
