    i have just got a vivaz....when someone calls me...it doesnt show their name or number...so i dont know who is calling!!!....help!!!

    I would like to get into martial arts but one that does not use my wrists very

    much. Any suggestions? I have the beginning stages of carpal tunnel so I do not want to get into something that would use my wrists a lot. I am just wondering which one would use my wrists the least amount.
