the local Cingular store has it in their computer for availability as September. I know this doesn't guarantee September but it seems to mean (to me) that they will be carrying it.

I'm trying to figure out if I should purchase this phone online or direct @ Cingular. Can you tell me exactly what UNLOCK EVERYTHING means? Does this mean you can access all functionality if you purchase online that you can if you purchase from Cingular? thank for your help!
