    i have recently been given a computer and it was brilliant until this

    morning, its a packard bell? it now wont let me go past the loading screen i hav tried F2, F3 and F8 and its not working i've tried ctrl, alt, del and tried unplugging for a while too but nothing is working....please help!!!
