I don't know of a TV that is able to read from an External Hard drive. I know most TV's can read from some SD Memory Card. But not really made to read from hard drives.

So my sister is getting an ipod for her birthday. I was going to get her a gift card (to probably itunes), but I want her to be able to buy some apps with the card also. I guess I assumed Apple would make it easy and have just one store. But now I see there is an apple gift card and a Itunes...

The screen refresh rates don't really matter. The Game Refresh rates do. The higher is better, but if it is jurky or jumps around then you would need to lower the frame rates. It could be how much RAM you have on that 9600 card, should be enough, but who knows.

I would be surprised if the Asian version worked on your xbox 360. Its not in the right DVD format is it. Either way I bet if you try to Go online with that Madden it would either not let you. or might even send you to some Asian version of xbox live. (I kind of doubt that, but who knows)...
