    Why is medicine with opiate in it so addictive?

    I take a drug called Tramadol HCL, an opiate pain killer for my arthritis, and when I try to come off of it, I feel so sick, but when I take it, I get this boost of energy and can type again and do regular chores. Why is this so addictive?

    Who would you want to be with if these were the last people in the world on earth and you HAD to be with one of them no matter what: Justin Bieber, Jonas Bros, or for you guys Miley Cyrus? Or girls if you like that sort of stuff, or guys if you like Justin or Jonas bros?
