My boyfriend taught me this trick to make pork loin very tender and juicy and it's so easy. Take the pork loing and place it in a pan, then cover it with a bottle of italian dressing and let it marinate all night. He then cooks it on the grill and it is perfect. it is simple but i swear it works...
