I think that the message of Easter is more focused on the joy of Christ's Resurrection and his promise of eternal life in Heaven. If your kids understand that Christ was innocent and died for all ,then I really can't see what making them miss some joy with their cousins is going to do for them...

It is usually very short and about as unromantic as it can get. Not what I would choose, but since your in a hurry , I guess it will do. A small gratuity is usually in the $20-$25 dollar range.
