    Can you figure out individual test scores if you know the average?

    If you know a student's average grade can you tell what the student's individual test scores were? How?

    Should I call the cops on my neighbors for parking way too close to my car?

    If you are blocked and there is absolutely no way you can get your car out and they wont cooperate then i think you should call the cops. Or at least tell them you will and maybe they will move it.
