    i accidental ate some meat from yesterday that had worms in it, do i need to

    take any medicine? we had some leftover chicken and steak from yesterday, so i just pulled it out of the fridge and heat it up and then after eating some of the chicken and the steak i noticed there were tiny little worms crawling around the chicken and the steak. is this type of worms harmful...
