...in gym recently? what could be causing this??... and how can i avoid it?.. i have heard that weight lifting and building muscle actually reduces calories from ur face and neck too which i want to happen!... help !
...food should i provide them daily? and a few small fish tend to remain at the surface most of the time although i have put the air pump and changed half the water to reduce ammonia aswell.. what else could be the problem??
