can i lose weight with a exercising/stationary bike? I'm overweight. Would it help me lose fat on my double chin, face, arms, and stomach, instead of just my legs and thighs?
i'm a bit overweight. I wanna lose weight EVERYWHERE on my body. my arms, my stomach, my legs, my face. Will bicycling help with that? or is it just going to help me lose weight on my legs?
