    Correct. But if you get the unlimited data 450 plan, it's cheaper than the unlimited everything plan.

    will painting a fiberglass roof sheeting damage the sheeting?

    The paint won't hurt the sheeting, but the sunlight will be hard on the paint. You would probably need an automotive paint, in order for it to hold up.
